The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a bar with two stools where you can have breakfast, coffee, etc. .....

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and washing machine. 

We put at the disposal of the guests a variety of nespresso coffee, tea, infusions, sugar, salt, olive oil .....

There is a nice patio for the exclusive use of the house, with artificial grass and a small table with two chairs, to enjoy the weather and the sun of the city having breakfast or tea.

We offer a parking space in a private parking about 500 meters from the apartment at a cost of 15€ per day.
